SPS Nigeria Live streaming

As you already know, live streaming is now a thing and will continue to be deployed even after COVID is long gone. Whether it is birthdays, burials, meetings, corporate events and so on, live streaming has become a tool of choice for  bringing people together in real time without being physically present.

But then that’s not the topic for today. We live stream events and all kinds of engagements in Lagos and other parts of Nigeria. We wanted to share with you why we prefer live streaming with the Blackmagic Atem Mini Pro and why it’s a game changer.

Before now, streaming multiple cameras was a big deal. In most cases you’ll have to first connect the cameras to a video mixer, which is typically huge. The master output from the mixer is then connects to your computer via an adaptor. The system encodes the video signal and the rest of the process goes on.

But now, our work is a lot easier with the Atem mini pro mixer. It takes away the need for an external mixer because the device itself has a mixer and a multi-view output to enable you view each camera feed. Also, it has reduced the size of our setup area when live streaming anywhere, so; there’s no need for the cumbersome video mixer setup anymore. Though you’ll still need some digital glues/devices to make the setup work but, imagine adding the cumbersome vision mixer to the list?

For us at SPS media, deploying up-to-date technology and use of the latest techniques in service delivery are values we hold dear. We ensure to provide our clients with excellent service delivery and high value for their money.
